In plain wordsNothing is for sale yet, so there's nothing to refund. Donations are gifts through Ko-fi. When something is sold someday, its refund terms will be stated before you pay.

Loema sells no goods or services. The litmus and these pages are free.
Donations
Support given through Ko‑fi is a voluntary gift, processed by Ko‑fi under Ko‑fi's terms. Gifts are generally not refundable, but if you made one in error, write to feedback@loema.com within 7 days and we will do right by you.
When something is sold
If Loema offers paid memberships, services, or physical goods in the future, each will carry its own clearly stated refund terms — published before purchase, not after.
